On the 16th April 2026, PSR hosted its first Digital Leaders Workshop, launching a planned series of events focused on future‑facing talent solutions across the public sector. Bringing together digital, workforce and transformation leaders from across government, the session explored the digital skills challenge and the role of Recruit, Train, Deploy (RTD) in building sustainable, long‑term capability.
Chaired by Scott Hollands, Head of RTD at PSR, with opening remarks from Anne‑Marie Amatt, PSR Framework Director, the workshop set the context for PSR’s total talent approach. Insights from Thomas Beautyman (DSIT), alongside delivery perspectives from Michelle Hainsworth (AMS Skills Creation) and Scott Vincent (Digital Futures), grounded discussions in both policy and practical delivery. Live polling highlighted shared challenges and priorities, with key takeaways capturing implications for leaders seeking to future‑proof their digital workforce.
