PSR SoW - Request For Proposal (RFP) Approach

The customer needed to run a competitive tender for a critical project replacing an incumbent supplier but the business were not able to provide much detail on the scope to be delivered.

The Solution

PSR have been able to work with the business to tease out further detail on the scope of the deliverables through workshops with the business users of the service, landing with an enhanced detailed scope.

Furthermore, PSR have facilitated ‘Supplier Briefing Sessions’ with the 6 suppliers taking part in the RFP, ensuring fairness and open competition across the supplier pool. This has included capturing, consolidation and socialisation of all clarification questions and responses.

The customer have welcomed the support to ensure fairness and mitigate risk of challenge from suppliers.

PSR have been able to offer excellent support throughout the procurement process for this Government critical programme of work in support of the Covid-19 pandemic.
