The Recruit, Train, Deploy journey gives hiring managers access to motivated, high‑potential individuals trained specifically for their roles. PSR works with managers to identify capability gaps and confirm whether RTD is the right route, then engages the appropriate supplier to source and train candidates. After training, individuals join on long‑term assignments with pastoral care and ongoing development. This removes complexity for managers, providing a reliable pipeline of future‑ready talent with the option for permanent conversion at the end of deployment.

Organisational Contract Managers follow a structured, commercially assured process when procuring services through PSR. For SoW, PSR helps define deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria, then manages sourcing and assurance to ensure compliant, confident delivery. For Resource Augmentation, PSR supports OCMs to shape briefs, select suppliers and quickly deploy skilled professionals, supported by transparent rate cards, rapid sourcing and strong MI. Across both routes, the process provides clarity, control and confidence so work is delivered effectively and in line with commercial priorities.
