PSR Digital Leaders Workshop Series 2026 | Session 2

On 7th July 2026, the second session in PSR’s Digital Leaders Workshop Series brought together industry experts to explore how AI is reshaping the female talent lifecycle across the public sector. Featuring Rakhi Sachdeva (Microsoft UK), Sophie Creese (HeyFlow), Erica Titchener (AMS) and Anna Brailsford MBE (Code First Girls), the discussion examined both the opportunities AI presents for workforce transformation and the importance of ensuring adoption, skills development and access are approached inclusively.

The panel shared practical insights on building confidence in AI, supporting career progression and creating workforce strategies that enable everyone to benefit from emerging technologies.
