PSR Res Aug covers a number of disciplines, from DDaT, Project Delivery/PMO and Commercial to Change Management and OD&D - where our agile supply chain provides their own resources to augment the capacity of your teams.
The resource is deployed with the desired skill set, vetting and experience and work on agreed day rates whilst under your direction and control.
Step 3 – Res Aug and Supply Chain Management
Our end-to-end sourcing process managed through SAP Fieldglass, controls Resource Augmentation costs and budgets as well as providing customers full resource visibility.
Suppliers complete ResAug timesheets inline with the agreed Statement of Requirements, giving buyers visibility of budgets.
PSR Services Procurement team provide real time management information on all spend across service lines, this is provided on a monthly basis along with market insights and total talent trends.
