How does it work?
The PSR SoW service manages the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from conception through to payment.
Step 1 – Defining Requirements
Our team, including MCIPS qualified professionals, will use their extensive knowledge and experience to support you in building a fit for purpose outcomes-based specification.
The PSR SoW solution utilises the Tax Centre of Excellence (TCOE) Determination Tool to ensure legislative compliance, which is available to us as a Crown framework supplier.
Step 2 – Sourcing Requirements
Our end-to-end sourcing process managed through SAP Fieldglass, ensuring a clear and transparent process.
PSR SoW covers 12 professional services disciplines and has the ability to mutually agree a professional service outside these disciplines.
PSR SoW also offers a rapid route to market via mini competition or direct award in as few as 5 days.
Step 3 – Statement of Work (SoW) & Supply Chain Management
Our end-to-end sourcing process managed through SAP Fieldglass, controls costs and manages scope creep.
Suppliers highlight reports each with their own SAP Fieldglass approval workflow giving buyers visibility of how a Statement of Work is progressing allowing us to identify & manage non-performance quickly.
