Guaranteed Interview Scheme
If you’re a veteran, military spouse/partner, or a disabled candidate, you may be eligible for a Guaranteed Interview for the role you’re applying for.
This scheme is designed to ensure fair access to opportunities and provide additional support where it's needed.

Their team of career professionals, all with lived experience of disability, offer expert, relevant advice to help you move forward with confidence.
Reasonable Adjustments
We offer a comprehensive Reasonable Adjustments process to support candidates who need it throughout recruitment, onboarding and into assignment. You can tell us about any adjustments you require in the Reasonable Adjustments section of your application form.
If you prefer an alternative method of communication simply let us know, and our sourcing team will arrange this for you. If you’re applying through a recruitment agency, please inform them of any adjustments required and they will liaise with PSR on your behalf.

Providing confidential support and guidance for our contingent workers.
At PSR, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health, that's why we provide access to trained Mental Health First Aiders for all of our contingent workers.
